Benefit Bank

What is the Benefit Bank?
The Benefit Bank is Procurement's comprehensive tracking system that captures campus-wide savings through contract negotiations, competitive pricing, vendor discounts, and cost avoidance strategies. This tool helps us demonstrate the measurable value our procurement efforts bring to the university.

New Streamlined Process
We've simplified how you can contribute to our savings tracking efforts. Our new Microsoft form makes it easy for departments to record their cost savings throughout the fiscal year. Here's how it works:

  1. Complete the form with your departmental savings information
  2. Submit with one click
  3. Data is automatically saved to our Microsoft database for reporting

Benefits University-Wide

  • Full transparency: Access yearly departmental savings reports
  • Recognition: Showcase your department's cost-saving achievements
  • Simple process: User-friendly form takes just minutes to complete

How to Get Started
The new form will be available on this page once approved. The interface is intuitive and designed for quick, efficient data entry.
